It covers the techniques that are easy to follow, the only criticism would be that you need a few utensils and a range of ingredients if you want to bake extensively - but that is the same for any good cookbook This is not a review but more of a recommendation for the foodie's out there who have a sweet tooth, and a huge deviation from the normal books I comment on - but just this once and because I was looking for a standout dessert for Valentines. How sweet 😁 Very reliable Genoise Sponge. Does not need full 35 min. Baking time.
