About this deal

Though it’s by and large linear and two dimensional in its presentation of parts, a modicum of depth came creeping into the stage here and there throughout my listens. While treble balance leaves me with nothing to complain about, there’s something about the treble timbre that maybe reveals the “economy” nature of the JBL Tune 760NC.

Granted, these aren’t as rare as they once were, but it’s still surprising to see JBL push something that isn’t quite a standard when 3. You can apparently get an extra 15 hours out of these headphones if you forgo the noise cancellation, resulting in as much as 50 hours of battery life, though it’s hard to leave that bubble of isolated sound, for sure. The active noise cancelling blocks unnecessary distractions to let you focus on what matters, for up to 35 hours. However, the Sony's companion app allows you to customize the sound further via a graphic EQ, presets, and spatial audio controls.

So while this didn’t end up becoming a long-term fatiguing quality, I still think they could have taken it a little easier here. There's some mismatch in frequency, but it's pretty slight, so you may only notice a few holes in the stereo image. A Swedish public limited company (publikt bankaktiebolag) registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office with organisation number: 556737-0431. The ANC helps to reduce some bass-heavy background noise, but you may still hear the rumble of bus and plane engines.

Google Fast Pair
If you’re connecting to an Android device, connecting is even easier with Google Fast Pair. There’s a touch of high bass warmth that comes across with a tasteful moderation that entirely avoids muddiness.

If you have a non-BNPL balance, you will still need to make at least your minimum payment as shown on your statement. If you don't want to put a foreign object in your ears, then the overhead carry method is the right choice for you. Fortunately, you can use them wirelessly, so you don't have to worry about accidentally snagging a cable on your workout equipment. With a plastic design and leatherette pads, JBL’s recent Tune 760NC feels like it’s focused on folks looking for a compromise between the expensive models of the high-end and the portability in the low-end.

Multi-Point Connection
If you’re using the headphones to switch between two devices – such as a TV and smartphone or smartphone and Hi-Res music player – Multi-Point Connection means you’re always connected, making switching between the two effortless.

Concentrate on your music, with ANC keeping out the background noise
Active Noise Cancellation blocks background noise, letting you hear more of the music, more of the time. However, they can move around or fall out of place if you move your head a lot, so they aren't ideal for workouts. They come with an ANC feature that can block out mid-range sound like ambient chatter and high-pitched noises like the hum of an AC unit. That’s one test that didn’t surprise us, with the headphones being very passive and much calmer when they were used without power. Out-of-the-box, they have a slightly bass-heavy sound profile that adds thump and punch to your mix, though it shouldn't overwhelm vocals and lead instruments. Now, I’m less of a fan when it comes to the particularly cheap plastic we see throughout most of the housing. If you don’t mind missing out on the niceties of headphone design, there’s a good pair of noise cancelling headphones to be found in the JBL Tune 760NC, but you can do better if you only look around. You can extend the duration of the entertainment indefinitely by connecting the JBL Tune 760NC headphones with the supplied detachable cable.
